Florida spiny lobster are locally and sustainably caught. The Florida spiny lobster has delicious white meat in their tails. Florida spiny lobster don't have claws like Maine lobster, and majority of the meat comes from the tail of the lobster.

Lobster season in Florida starts on august 6th and is open until March 31st.

Price for tails is by the pound.
